Insanity- Day 3

So intense! It’s still so difficult and challenging but I’m loving it and the feeling after completing each workout is incredible! I was lucky enough to have a friend join me in this fitness adventure so that’s helpful. I haven’t been stretching as well as I should because my muscles have been much too tight the past few days, painful! I’ll have to work on that. Stretching is very important.  My new diet is not only going well but is also SO DELICIOUS! I hope all of you fit freaks are working hard towards your goals!

REACH AND SQUEEZE | WORKS BACK, OBLIQUES & BUTT. lift up into a side plank position and make sure your elbow is in line with your shoulder. take the dumbell over your head. at the same time you’re lifting up one of your legs and bringing that dumbell down. do 12 reps, repeat on opposite side.
